Verano started with a simple frustration: the sunglasses we loved were either beautiful and overpriced, or cheap and disappointing. Having spent years on the manufacturing side of eyewear, we knew the truth — a great pair of sunglasses doesn't cost what the labels charge. The markup does.

So we cut it out.
