30-day returns, no stress.
If you're not in love with your Verano sunglasses, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In their original case and packaging

How to start a return

1. Email support@veranoshades.com with your order number and the reason.
2. For most items, we'll arrange a refund or a replacement without asking you to ship anything back.
3. We'll process any refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
Want a different style or colour? Just email us and we'll sort it out — it's the fastest way to get the pair you want.
